Great service and helpful delivery
One visitor of Dania Furniture was amazed with the great service and quality products he saw while shopping at Dania Furniture. After using the same bed for over 15 years and a desk that dominated the bedroom, the shopper was looking for something new, and Dania had everything he could want and more.
While looking for a bedroom set, the user surfed the web to get an idea of what was available. He found some options that looked convincing online, but didn’t think they’d hold up to his high expectations in person. He was wrong however, and seeing the stuff in person only further shocked him with how nice it was. He ordered the set and was confident it would look great.
Dania delivered the furniture to him for just 75$ and they built it in his bedroom for him. The delivery guys were very helpful and did everything necessary to make sure the set was built right and was where he wanted it. When all is said and done, what more can you ask for from your furniture company?
Not Always the Best Customer Service
Dania Furniture doesn't have the nicest customer service workers.
While some people have praised the great service at Dania Furniture, others have found issues with the customer service at Dania. When entering the stores, it can be hard to find a salesperson that is willing to help which is a strange situation considering most furniture stores have overly aggressive staffs.
Outside of making your purchase, a few of the reviews we read described problems with getting consistent information from the store. People trying to buy furniture would be told the pieces they picked were no longer in stock. Others received calls that the color they purchased couldn’t be bought anymore. The messages were disheartening, especially given the implication that you would have to go back and try again.
Other issues arose when people tried to receive their furniture. One man complained that his piece kept getting pushed back into later and later shipments, making it hard for him to know when he would be able to get the piece. When he would call to check the status on the piece, it would constantly be delayed, making him uncertain as to what to do, especially given the lack of communication.
Shopping at Dania Furnture ruined my life forever. No joke. I was traumatized by their terrible customer service so much that I created a blog about it. I have now devoted my life to sharing my story with anyone who is willing to humor it. Friends don’t let friends drive drunk, and certainly the same should apply to Dania. Spread the word.
